Cancellation Policy

Please do not book this appointment if you are not 100% sure that you want to have this procedure done.
It is okay to take your time to think about it.

A $100.00 deposit fee is required to hold your procedure appointment time. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled procedure.

If you do book the appointment and cancel for any reason, your deposit fee will not be refunded.

I understand that schedules sometimes change. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you may do so on this website at the “Contact page” , by sending me an email, or a call any time up to 5 business days before your scheduled appointment. If I do not have 5 business days notice, I will unfortunately need to collect another $100 deposit to schedule another session, as a short notice rescheduling does not give me enough time to fill the slot.

You must confirm your appointment a minimum of 72 hours in advance by email or text. Appointments that are not confirmed at least 72 hours before they are scheduled will be cancelled due to no confirmation.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, Natural Beauty Accents reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 20 minutes late for a complimentary appointment, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.

Touch up appointments must be completed within 4 – 6 weeks of the initial session and follow the same protocols as your initial session. Outside of 6 weeks, or if a scheduled appointments is missed, an additional charge will be incurred to you.
